TERMS & CONDITIONS JC Lawn Painting & Cleaning Services LLC Last Updated: August 17, 2026

Welcome to JC Lawn Painting & Cleaning Services LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and, when incorporated into an estimate, proposal, work order, invoice, recurring service agreement, or other written agreement, establish general terms applicable to services provided by JC Lawn Painting & Cleaning Services LLC (“JC Lawn,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting services, accepting an estimate or proposal, signing or electronically accepting a service agreement, paying an authorized deposit, or otherwise authorizing us to begin work, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive any right or protection that cannot legally be waived under Florida or federal law. 1. Our Services JC Lawn Painting & Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial property services, which may include lawn care and mowing, trimming, edging, property cleanup, debris removal, mulch and decorative rock installation, sod installation or removal, landscape maintenance, irrigation maintenance or repair within our legally permitted scope of work, pressure washing, soft washing, fence cleaning, gutter cleaning or installation, interior and exterior painting, solar panel cleaning, residential and commercial cleaning, property maintenance, garage floor and coating services, and other related services identified in an individual estimate, proposal, or service agreement. The exact scope of each project is limited to the work specifically described in the applicable written estimate, proposal, work order, or contract. 2. Estimates and Proposals Estimates and proposals are based on the conditions reasonably observable at the time the property is evaluated and on information supplied by the customer. Unless a different period is stated in writing, estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued. Pricing may be revised after expiration due to changes in labor, material, fuel, disposal, equipment, supplier, or other project costs. An estimate is not a guarantee that conditions hidden beneath soil, vegetation, walls, paint, flooring, roofing components, irrigation components, or other surfaces will match visible conditions. Additional work caused by concealed or unforeseen conditions may require a written

change order and additional charges.

3. Service Agreements and Priority of Documents A project may be governed by an estimate, proposal, work order, invoice, recurring service agreement, construction or improvement contract, change order, or another written document. If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms & Conditions, the project-specific agreement will control regarding that particular project. Any legally required Florida notices or disclosures included in a project-specific contract shall control over inconsistent provisions contained on this website. 4. Changes to the Scope of Work Any work requested by the customer that is outside the original scope may result in additional charges. Whenever reasonably practical, JC Lawn will obtain customer approval before performing material additional work. Approval may be documented through a signed change order, electronic approval, text message, email, customer portal, or other written communication where legally permitted. Emergency actions reasonably necessary to prevent immediate injury or property damage may be handled differently when circumstances require. 5. Pricing, Deposits and Payment Pricing will be stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Deposits may be required for scheduling, materials, equipment rental, special-order products, or project mobilization. Deposit requirements will be stated in the applicable agreement and will be administered in accordance with applicable Florida law. No provision describing a deposit or payment as nonrefundable shall override a customer’s statutory cancellation or refund rights. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service or according to the payment schedule contained in the applicable agreement. For larger projects, progress payments may be required based upon project milestones, materials purchased, work completed, or another agreed payment schedule. JC Lawn reserves the right to suspend additional work when an undisputed payment is past due, subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable contract. 6. Credit Cards and Electronic Payments We may accept payment through credit card, debit card, electronic transfer, check, cash, or third-party payment providers. The customer represents that he or she is authorized to use the selected payment method. Any processing fee, returned-payment fee, late fee, or similar charge will only be imposed when disclosed and legally permitted. Customers who believe a charge is incorrect are encouraged to contact JC Lawn promptly so that the matter can be reviewed before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

7. Scheduling Service dates and project schedules are estimates unless JC Lawn expressly guarantees a date in writing. Scheduling may be affected by weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, excessive rain, lightning, extreme heat, material availability, supplier delays, equipment failure, employee illness, governmental restrictions, permitting, unsafe conditions, customer-requested changes, access issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Weather-sensitive work may be rescheduled when JC Lawn determines that proceeding could affect employee safety, workmanship, materials, equipment, landscaping, or customer property. 8. Customer Access and Responsibilities The customer is responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to areas where work will be performed. Gates should be unlocked or appropriate access instructions provided before scheduled service. Customers should remove or secure vehicles, toys, decorations, hoses, furniture, fragile items, personal belongings, pet waste, and other objects that could interfere with the work. Pets and animals must be safely secured while our employees or subcontractors are working on the property. JC Lawn is not responsible for delays or additional labor resulting from inaccessible work areas or customer-controlled obstacles. 9. Underground and Hidden Property Conditions Customers must disclose known underground or concealed items located within the work area, including private electrical lines, irrigation lines, landscape lighting, invisible fences, drainage systems, septic components, private utility lines, cables, pipes, sprinkler heads, shallow wiring, and similar improvements. Customers should clearly mark known private underground improvements before excavation, edging, sod removal, planting, trenching, or similar operations. JC Lawn will exercise reasonable care but is not responsible for undisclosed, improperly installed, inadequately protected, or unmarked private improvements that could not reasonably have been identified before work began. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for damage caused by JC Lawn’s negligence where liability cannot legally be limited. 10. Lawn Care and Property Maintenance Lawn maintenance services will be performed according to the scope and frequency stated in the customer’s service agreement. Grass growth and appearance vary because of weather, soil, irrigation, shade, fertilizer, disease, insects, weeds, seasonal conditions, mowing history, and other environmental factors outside JC Lawn’s control. JC Lawn does not guarantee a specific turf color, density, growth rate, or weed-free condition unless expressly stated in a written service warranty. Objects that may be damaged by mowing, edging, trimming, or blowing equipment should be removed or identified before service. 11. Sod, Plants, Mulch and Decorative Rock Natural materials may vary in color, texture, size, moisture content, density, and appearance. Sod and plant establishment depends on proper watering, irrigation coverage, soil conditions, weather, pests, disease, sunlight, customer maintenance, and other conditions outside our control. Unless a specific written warranty is provided, JC Lawn cannot guarantee the long-term survival or establishment of sod, grass, trees, shrubs, flowers, or other living landscape materials after installation. The customer is responsible for following watering and maintenance instructions provided by JC Lawn. Estimated quantities of soil, mulch, rock, sod, or similar materials may require adjustment because of actual field conditions, settlement, compaction, measurements, grade changes, or supplier packaging. 12. Irrigation Services JC Lawn will perform irrigation work only within the scope permitted by applicable licensing, permitting, water management, building code, and other legal requirements. Certain irrigation installation, water-supply connections, backflow-related work, plumbing work, electrical work, or other regulated activities may require a properly licensed contractor or subcontractor. When required, JC Lawn may exclude such work from its scope or arrange for an appropriately qualified contractor or subcontractor. Existing irrigation systems may contain concealed leaks, deteriorated fittings, damaged wiring, improper installations, low pressure, controller problems, buried components, or other conditions that cannot be identified until troubleshooting or excavation occurs. 13. Painting Services Painting estimates are based upon the surfaces and conditions visible during inspection. Additional preparation may be required for damaged drywall, rotten wood, peeling surfaces, water intrusion, corrosion, excessive caulking failure, previously concealed repairs, adhesion problems, mold, mildew, or other substrate conditions. Unless specifically included in the estimate, significant carpentry, structural repairs, drywall replacement, waterproofing, mold remediation, lead remediation, asbestos remediation, or other regulated environmental work is excluded. Paint colors and finishes may appear different depending upon lighting, surface texture, surrounding colors, sheen, age, manufacturer formulation, and application method. The customer is responsible for approving final paint colors unless JC Lawn has expressly accepted responsibility for color selection in writing. Additional colors, specialty coatings, premium products, significant color changes, or work not included in the original scope may result in additional charges. 14. Interior and Commercial Cleaning Customers should secure cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, confidential records, fragile valuables, collectibles, and other sensitive property before cleaning services begin. JC Lawn is not responsible for deterioration caused by ordinary wear, prior damage, loose fixtures, defective materials, improperly installed items, manufacturer defects, or surfaces that cannot reasonably withstand ordinary cleaning. Specialty cleaning involving hazardous materials, biological hazards, mold remediation, asbestos, lead, significant chemical contamination, or other regulated substances is excluded unless expressly stated in a written agreement and legally authorized.

15. Pressure Washing and Soft Washing Pressure washing and soft washing may expose existing defects such as loose paint, failing coatings, oxidation, deteriorated wood, cracked materials, damaged siding, loose mortar, failing sealant, or previously concealed discoloration. The customer must disclose known leaks, damaged windows, electrical concerns, defective exterior surfaces, or other vulnerabilities before service. JC Lawn will use reasonable care and appropriate cleaning methods based on observable conditions, but cannot guarantee restoration of aged, permanently stained, oxidized, sundamaged, chemically altered, or deteriorated materials to a new condition. 16. Gutters, Roof Areas and Elevated Work Gutter cleaning or installation does not constitute a roof inspection or roof warranty unless specifically agreed in writing. JC Lawn is not responsible for pre-existing roof leaks, deteriorated fascia, rotten wood, loose roofing materials, structural defects, or hidden conditions discovered while performing gutter-related work. Work requiring regulated roofing, structural, electrical, or other licensed services will be performed only when legally authorized or assigned to an appropriately qualified contractor where applicable. 17. Solar Panel Cleaning Solar panel cleaning is intended to clean accessible exterior panel surfaces only unless otherwise stated. JC Lawn does not provide electrical system diagnosis, photovoltaic engineering, system repair, wiring repair, inverter repair, roofing repair, or electrical performance guarantees as part of routine panel cleaning. Pre-existing cracks, loose mounting systems, wiring issues, roof defects, seal failures, or manufacturer defects are outside the scope of normal cleaning services. 18. Permits, Licensing and Inspections JC Lawn will comply with applicable licensing and permitting requirements for work within its scope. Some projects may require permits, inspections, licensed specialty contractors, or other governmental approvals depending upon the work and jurisdiction. Responsibility for permit costs and related fees will be stated in the applicable project agreement when relevant. JC Lawn will not knowingly perform work requiring a license outside the legal scope of the Company or the appropriately licensed person performing the work. 19. Residential Improvement and Construction Notices Certain residential repair, improvement, construction, or installation projects may be subject to additional requirements under Florida law. When applicable, the customer’s project-specific agreement will include required notices concerning matters such as construction liens, homeowner recovery rights, cancellation rights, deposits, permits, or other statutory disclosures. These legally required notices must be contained in the applicable project documents when required and are not replaced solely by publication of these Terms & Conditions on our website. 20. Customer Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation and rescheduling policies applicable to a particular project will be stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, or service agreement. JC Lawn may recover documented costs for specially ordered materials, mobilization, completed work, or other authorized expenses where permitted by law and by the applicable agreement. However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any cancellation or refund right provided to the customer by applicable Florida or federal law. Where a transaction qualifies for a statutory cancellation period, the applicable statutory right will control. 21. Recurring Lawn, Cleaning and Maintenance Services Recurring services may continue according to the frequency and duration identified in the customer’s service agreement. Any automatic renewal provision will be disclosed in the applicable service agreement as required by law. Customers may cancel recurring services using the cancellation method stated in their agreement, subject to any lawful notice requirements. JC Lawn will provide any legally required renewal notices for qualifying consumer service agreements. 22. Materials and Product Availability JC Lawn may rely upon manufacturers, distributors, nurseries, paint suppliers, landscape suppliers, and other third parties for materials. Specific brands, plant varieties, colors, materials, or products may occasionally become unavailable. With customer approval when appropriate, JC Lawn may recommend a reasonably comparable substitute. Material substitutions that materially affect price or appearance will be communicated whenever reasonably practical before installation. Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, remain subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions. 23. Workmanship and Corrections JC Lawn is committed to professional workmanship. If the customer believes work was not completed according to the agreed scope, the customer should notify JC Lawn promptly and provide a reasonable opportunity to inspect the concern. Where appropriate and legally required, JC Lawn may repair or correct qualifying workmanship issues. Any specific workmanship warranty will be stated in writing. No warranty applies to normal wear, customer misuse, third-party alterations, lack of maintenance, irrigation failures, weather events, pests, plant mortality outside a written warranty, structural movement, water intrusion, or conditions outside JC Lawn’s reasonable control. 24. Pre-Existing Conditions and Property Damage JC Lawn is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden deterioration, improper prior workmanship, defective construction, normal wear, manufacturer defects, or damage directly caused by conditions that were not reasonably discoverable before work began. Customers should notify JC Lawn promptly if they believe company personnel caused property damage. JC Lawn reserves the right to inspect the alleged damage and, when appropriate, determine whether repair, replacement, insurance handling, or another reasonable resolution is appropriate. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions eliminates liability that cannot legally be waived or limited. 25. Hazardous or Regulated Materials Unless specifically identified in a written scope of work, JC Lawn does not undertake asbestos abatement, lead abatement, mold remediation, biohazard remediation, hazardous-waste remediation, contaminated-soil remediation, or other regulated environmental remediation. If suspected hazardous or regulated materials are discovered, JC Lawn may stop affected work until the condition has been properly evaluated or addressed. Any resulting schedule adjustment or additional authorized work may result in additional charges. 26. Subcontractors and Third-Party Specialists JC Lawn may use employees, independent contractors, suppliers, or qualified subcontractors to complete portions of a project. When a particular scope requires professional licensing, certification, or specialized expertise, JC Lawn may arrange for an appropriately qualified third party. 27. Photographs and Project Documentation JC Lawn may photograph or record work areas before, during, and after service for quality control, documentation, estimating, training, dispute resolution, and business records. Project photographs that do not disclose confidential customer information may also be used for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or promotional purposes unless the customer requests in writing before or during the project that marketing use be excluded. JC Lawn will make reasonable efforts not to publish customer names, street addresses, license plates, children, or recognizable individuals without appropriate permission. 28. Customer Reviews Customers may voluntarily provide testimonials or reviews. JC Lawn may share or reproduce voluntarily submitted reviews for legitimate marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and platform requirements. We will not intentionally alter a customer’s review in a manner that materially changes its meaning. 29. Communications and Electronic Transactions Customers may communicate with JC Lawn through telephone, text message, email, website forms, customer portals, or other electronic systems. Where legally permitted and agreed by the parties, electronic records, electronic approvals, and electronic signatures may be used for estimates, contracts, change orders, invoices, and other business transactions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information. 30. Website Information We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information on our website. However, descriptions, photographs, pricing examples, promotions, availability, service areas, and other information may change. Website content is general information and does not constitute a binding project estimate unless specifically incorporated into a written agreement. Photographs are examples of prior work and are not guarantees that every property will achieve identical results. 31. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, the JC Lawn name, logos, photographs, graphics, written website content, designs, videos, advertising materials, and other original content are owned by or licensed to JC Lawn Painting & Cleaning Services LLC. Website materials may not be reproduced, republished, sold, or used commercially without prior authorization, except as otherwise permitted by law. 32. Third-Party Websites and Services Our website may link to third-party services, social media platforms, payment processors, review platforms, mapping services, or other external websites. JC Lawn does not control and is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, security, availability, or business practices of independent third parties. 33. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control JC Lawn will not be considered in breach of an obligation because of delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, government orders, natural disasters, supply shortages, material delays, utility interruptions, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, illness, equipment failures, or unsafe working conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to resume affected work when circumstances permit. 34. Suspension or Termination of Service JC Lawn may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, unsafe working conditions, abusive or threatening behavior, inaccessible property, repeated interference with the work, illegal requests, undisclosed hazardous conditions, material customer breach, or other substantial reasons permitted by law. The customer remains responsible for authorized work performed and materials properly purchased before termination, subject to applicable law and contractual cancellation rights. 35. Limitation of Responsibility To the fullest extent permitted by law, JC Lawn will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting solely from circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control. JC Lawn is not responsible for damage caused by customer negligence, undisclosed conditions, defective customer property, third parties, manufacturer defects, weather, pests, utility failures, or pre-existing conditions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude responsibility for JC Lawn’s gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be waived. 36. Construction or Improvement Claims For claims involving work that constitutes construction, repair, alteration, or improvement of real property, the parties will comply with any applicable Florida pre-suit notice, inspection, and opportunity-to-cure procedures before commencing litigation where required by law. Nothing in this provision reduces any rights available to either party under applicable law. 37. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions and agreements incorporating them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless another venue is required by law or agreed in writing, legal proceedings concerning services performed by JC Lawn shall be brought in the appropriate court having jurisdiction in Marion County, Florida, provided that Marion County is the proper legal venue for the transaction. 38. Severability If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any unenforceable provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable when legally permitted. 39. No Waiver Failure by JC Lawn to enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other right. 40. Changes to These Terms JC Lawn may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, business practices, or applicable law. The current version will display its effective or last-updated date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law. Projects already under a signed agreement will remain governed by the terms applicable to that agreement unless the parties agree otherwise.
