Explain that services and pricing are based on the written estimate/proposal, and additional work requires customer approval.

3. 💳 Payments & Deposits

State that deposits or progress payments may be required and that the project estimate establishes the actual payment schedule.

4. 📅 Scheduling & Cancellations

Explain that weather, materials, emergencies, and property conditions may affect scheduling and that legally required cancellation rights remain unaffected.

5. 🏠 Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access, secure pets, disclose irrigation/private utilities/hidden conditions, and obtain necessary owner or HOA approvals.

6. ⚠️ Property Conditions & Workmanship

Explain that pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, weather, plant health, permanent stains, substrate defects, etc. can affect results. Customers should report workmanship concerns promptly so JC Lawn has an opportunity to inspect them.

7. 📸 Photos, Privacy & Communications

Allow project photos for documentation and quality control, address marketing-image authorization appropriately, and reference the Privacy Policy for customer information.

8. ⚖️ Florida Law & Contact Information

State that Florida law governs, project-specific contracts may contain additional legally required notices, and provide your business contact information.
